Payment terms
How payment works
Thresholds apply in your billing currency.
- Projects under 1,000
- Paid in full before work starts.
- Projects from 1,000 to 5,000
- 50% to start, 50% on completion, before final files or launch.
- Projects over 5,000
- 40% to start, 30% at an agreed midpoint, 30% on completion.
- Monthly services
- Billed monthly in advance, by card or preauthorized debit. A 3 month minimum applies where noted.
- Ways to pay
- Canada: bank transfer, Interac or preauthorized debit. United States: ACH or wire. Europe: SEPA transfer or wire. Credit cards everywhere; a card processing fee may apply where allowed.
- Due dates
- Invoices are due on receipt. Work pauses if a payment is more than 14 days late.

Which currency do you bill in?
Canadian dollars, US dollars or euros, matching the prices on this page. You choose when you sign.
Why are Canadian and US prices different?
Each currency has its own price list, set for that market. They are not converted at the daily exchange rate.
Do your prices include tax?
Prices are before tax.
Do you offer payment terms or invoicing on credit?
No. Projects are paid upfront or by milestone, and monthly services are billed in advance.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or Reddit.
Are pipelines cheaper than buying services separately?
Yes. Each pipeline is priced at about 10% less than its parts.
