How to create a landing page that brings enquiries

To create a landing page, pick one offer and one audience, write a headline that repeats the promise in your ad, state the price or offer, add proof and a short FAQ, and give visitors one action: a form, a booking or a call. Build it on your website platform or a landing page builder, make sure it loads fast on a phone, send every form to a thank you page so you can count each enquiry, and test the whole path before any traffic arrives.

Start with one offer and one audience

A landing page is a single page built for one offer, so visitors know exactly what to do next. Before you write anything, finish this sentence: this page asks this person to do this one thing. If you sell three services, build three pages. A visitor who clicked an ad for one of them should never have to look for it.

Write the page in this order

  1. Headline: repeat the promise from the ad or link that sent the visitor, in the same words where you can.
  2. Opening lines: who it is for, what they get and what it costs.
  3. What is included: a short list of specifics, so nobody has to guess.
  4. Proof: real reviews, client results you can stand behind, or the details that show you do this work every day.
  5. FAQ: the three or four questions that stop people from enquiring, such as price, timing and what happens next.
  6. One action: a form, a booking link or a phone number, repeated after the proof and the FAQ.

Keep the form short and ask only for what you need to reply. Every extra field is one more reason to leave.

Choose where to build it

  • Your website platform: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify can all publish a standalone page. This is the simplest choice when your site already loads fast.
  • A landing page builder: useful when you plan to run many pages and test versions. Connect your own domain so the address matches your business.
  • A custom page on your domain: a small static page loads quickly and leaves nothing extra to maintain, but it needs someone who can build it.

Remove the main menu and any other links that pull people away from the offer. Then decide whether the page should appear in search. A page made only for an ad can stay out of Google. A page you want found needs the answer in its first lines, an FAQ and structured data.

Set up tracking before you launch

Send every form to its own thank you page and count that page as one conversion. Add tagged links to each ad and email so you can see which one brought the visitor. Connect the ad platforms' pixels with consent, and count calls if your buyers phone instead of filling in a form. Then compare your reports with the enquiries you received. If the numbers disagree, fix the tracking before you spend more.

Check it before you send traffic

  • Open the page on your own phone, on mobile data, and time how long it takes to appear.
  • Read the ad and the headline side by side. The promise should match.
  • Send a test form and confirm it reaches the right inbox and fires one conversion.
  • Tap the phone number and the booking link.
  • Ask someone who does not know the business what the page sells and what to do next.

Questions

Can I create a landing page without a website?

Yes. A landing page builder can host the page for you, and you can connect a domain you own. You still need a way to receive enquiries and a thank you page to count them.

How long should a landing page be?

Long enough to answer what a buyer needs before they act. A free check or a simple booking can use a short page. A larger purchase usually needs more proof and a fuller FAQ.

How much does it cost to have a landing page built?

At ether., an Ad Landing Page is C$500, a Search + Ads Landing Page is C$900, and a Campaign Kit for several channels is C$1,500. Extra variants are C$200.
